Free Support: Each theme purchase includes 6 months of free support from the purchase date.

Extended Support: Customers may extend their support period for an additional 6 months by purchasing an extended support package.

Support Coverage

Our support covers the following:

• Assistance with basic theme setup
• Bug fixing and troubleshooting issues directly related to our themes
• Information about theme updates and compatibility

Requests Not Covered

Please note that our support does not include:

• Theme customization or modifications
• CSS, PHP, or JavaScript code changes
• Third-party plugin conflicts or errors
• Hosting, server, or email-related issues
• SEO optimization or performance improvements
• Content creation, design work, or custom development

Such requests may be handled as paid custom services upon agreement.

Customers can request a support ticket via email for structured issue tracking.

Support requests can be submitted through support or by sending an email to garantiwebt@gmail.com along with the purchase code.

Support Language

All support and documentation are provided in English.
