Garanti Web Tasarım owns and distributes intangible copyrighted digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue full refunds after product delivery. This policy clarifies refund cases and exceptional circumstances that make our products and services eligible for full or partial refunds.

Causes for a Refund

As the owner and distributor, Garanti Web Tasarım may provide full or partial product and service refunds under exceptional circumstances.

Product Refunds

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to email provider issues or spam filters, users might not receive our delivery emails. Users must send written claims for non-delivery to our support team at garantiwebt@gmail.com within 14 days from the order date.
  • Major defects: Although we thoroughly test all products before release, unexpected errors may occur. Users should report critical errors and functionality defects to our support team. We will rectify the error within 3 business days. If we fail to fix a verified defect within this period, we will issue a full refund.
  • Product not-as-described: Users should report such issues within 14 days from the purchase date with clear evidence proving that the purchased item does not match its description.

Service Refunds

  • Service not rendered: Buyers can request service cancellation before the actual work on the project starts, within 3 months from the purchase date.
  • Delayed service delivery: Users can request a refund if we cannot deliver the service within the specified time frame due to unexpected issues on our side.
  • Service not-as-described: Users should submit such requests within 14 days from project completion with clear evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Server-related issues: Problems arising from server limitations, PHP upload restrictions, missing PHP extensions, or other server configuration issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for refunds due to incompatibility with the customer’s server environment.
  • Third-party software conflicts: We do not bear responsibility for conflicts and incompatibility with third-party software, plugins, or extensions not specified as compatible in the product description.
  • Customer’s technical environment: Issues related to the customer’s hosting environment, browser compatibility, or local server configurations are not eligible for refunds.
