When will I be charged for my purchase?

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing your purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation with invoice details.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, all purchases automatically generate an invoice that’s emailed to you. You can also access your invoices from the “My Account” section under “Orders”.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund policy for digital products if the theme has technical issues that we cannot resolve. Refunds are not provided for customization requests or if the theme works as described. Check out our support policy for more information.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can occur due to insufficient funds, bank security measures, or incorrect payment information. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.

How can I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information in the “My Account” section under “Billing Address”. For security reasons, payment method updates must be done during checkout.
